Gently curved rods made of powder-coated steel in a subtle grey tone converge at the top to create a sensational lighting effect as soon as the candle is lit. The candle burns safely inside a removable glass insert, which acts as a wind guard. The combination of modern production techniques and traditional handicrafts gives the lantern its distinctive and unique character. Features a practical carrying handle. Suitable for indoor use only. Designer Nina Thöming (born 1984) is part of the German design studio Flöz Design, which has been a stable partner to blomus for the past 15 years. With a background in industrial design, Nina Thöming’s work process is thorough and systematic, starting with research and a comprehensive uncovering of the needs and demands of the market followed by the creative process of transforming the acquired knowledge into beautiful yet functional interior items.
